We're so confident in the care we provide that we back every Shayk subscription with a 30-day warranty. If after the first 30 days of your program, you don't feel happy about the care or medication you're receiving, we'll refund every dollar. No runaround, no guilt.
To qualify:
Be an active Shayk member for at least 30 consecutive days.
Complete your provider consultations and take your prescriptions as directed.
Contact us at care@shayk.com and let us know what hasn't improved within 7 days of completing your 30 days of treatment.
We may follow up with a brief check-in. Approved refunds are processed within 5ā7 business days back to your original payment method.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at care@tryshayk.com.
Please note: we will not entertain false requests in an attempt to receive free treatment. Every case will be evaluated carefully and fairly to ensure appropriate resolution for both parties.
Cancellations and Pauses
You can cancel your Shayk subscription at any time with no cancellation fees in your patient portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period ā you keep access to your care team and prescription coverage until then.
To cancel, log into your patient portal or email care@tryshayk.com. We recommend canceling at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Need a break? We offer membership pauses indefinitely as well. Contact our team to request one, or navigate the pause button under your patient portal. You can also reactivate at any time ā your care history is preserved.
